I made this the other night. So yummy. Be warned... It's spicy. My husband topped his with cheese and tortilla chips (he's obviously not eating paleo). I typed mine with avocado and plantain chips. If you eat a little dairy some grass fed whole milk plain yogurt is yummy in this. Bonus....it is a crock port meal and can be a freezer meal as well.
