Owl beanie

When my good friend Ruth was visiting, she taught me how to make an owl beanie.  Well, I got almost done with it, and then never finished.  Today during one of Em’s naps, I finally attached the eyes and beak … just in time for summer :).  Apparently I am a loose crocheter… because my newborn hat is a bit big on my 6 week old.  Granted my six week old is now the size that many babies are born… but still
